It looked terrible from the outside, but was ok inside and great location to walk to the city. Parking on street quite easy. Very quiet. Rooms old, but perfectly fine.

The desk clerk was so helpful, we couldn't find the hotel after hours of driving around so we rang them. The chap in reception spoke excellent english and guided us to a place where he actually came and met us and took us to the hotel. Just a shame that one of the rooms hadn't had the sheets changed or the bin emptied, although we were given clean sheets immediatley and the bins removed. This is a low budget hotel but the sheets were clean, beds comfy and showers hot and thank god for the lovely guy at reception or we might still be lost !!!
Very difficult to find even though we eventually did on foot (though obviosly not the hotels fault) no parking in a very busy town it was late when we finally arrived so we managed to find a spot but would be difficult during the day. Very basic.

Central to Montpellier, easy to walk to shops and historic sites.
Hotel is poorly maintained and cleanliness of rooms, towels and bedding is an issue.

I liiked the friendly staff that was able to communicate with me in English. We needed an inexpensive place to stay near the train station, and this was the best deal I found. I'm entirely happy with our choice, though there was nothing luxurious about the room.
The shower was difficult with a damaged shower head and a curtain that kept getting in the way. The hair dryer was broken. But these things weren't important just for a quick overnight stay.

Location very close to train station and city centre. Cheap compared to other hotels in Montpellier.
Extreme cigarrete smell in room and bed linen. No elevator, a minus if you are carrying heavy luggage.Thin walls, could hear everything going on adjacent room.

vicinanza alla stazione e alla fermata della metro
really dirty room, sagging and squeaking bed, too little bathroom with broken hairdryer, no helpful staff, old and tumbledown hotel, no remote control for the television, broken closet, no bathroom cleanings for seven days and no sheets and towels changing (!!!) (PS: they gave us a slightly better room only after our complaints, the first room was made from a tool shed, really dump and little, just out of the hotel's courtyard). for more info and more language translation mail me at: [email protected]

The hotel had free wifi which was great, it's very basic but very clean. The location is between the railway and the square. Convenient and quick to get to everything - shopping, tram, train etc. The single beds in the quad room were really comfy. The double bed was a bit saggy. Good shower pressure. The staff were always helpful and friendly.
A fridge in the room would have made it fantastic. The tv either wasn't tuned properly and was little use.

reasonable location, clean rooms, interesting, if rather spartan, building
additional charge (3 euro/day), not advertised in advance, for air conditioning. Very steep and lengthy staircases up to 3rd floor. I was awoken overnight by traffic on street outside (not a busy road as such, but overnight deliveries or refuge collection or similar); overall feeling was more of a hostel (many officious notices) than a hotel; breakfast seemed overpriced for what was offered

Great location near railway station, reasonably priced.
No a/c, steep & long stairs, so not good for families with small children or elderly people.

Staff were very helpful.Location was ideal as it was near train station
Didn't think it was particularly good value for money as although it was quoted as a flash deal ,the price i paid was the listed price for the room.although it was classed as non-smoking there was evidence of discarded cigarette butts on the balcony

The place is not what you'd call charming, however absolutely functional and hence what I'd been looking for. Room was small and furniture obviously old, but everything was clean. Sharing the two-bed-room with a friend, we payed 25 each which then is a good price for France. It's 3 minutes from Comedie, and 5 minutes walk from the train station - perfect for a short stay in the city. Staff very helpful & friendly, left me three messages to make sure I would get the arrival instructions (I arrived after 11 pm and needed to know the pin). Didn't try the breakfast.
